Chiodos Slated To Enter Studio Later This Month
Michigan sextet, Chiodos, are set to record their highly anticipated third album with acclaimed producer, Machine (Lamb Of God, Everytime I Die, Cobra Starship), this month.
Over the past year, the band has experienced two member changes but hasn’t let that get in the way of writing. ”We’ve been putting everything we have to offer into this writing process for the past year and a half,” states keyboardist, Bradley Bell. ”We’re ready to work harder then ever before.”
Entering the studio with Bell will be members Jason Hale (guitar), Pat Mcmanaman (guitar), Matt Goddard (bass), and a recently added drummer, Tanner Wayne (ex-Underminded, Scary Kids Scaring Kids). For the time being, the band has opted to keep their frontman selection a mystery until new music is available but feel very confident in their decision. ”We haven’t been this excited about the future in a long time, and it’s a great feeling.”
Chiodos‘ debut performance with the new frontman will be at The Bamboozle festival in Anaheim, CA this March: 3/27 Anaheim, CA @ The Bamboozle
